Built by a parent, for parents

    Our Approach

We believe parents deserve clear information — without the guilt, jargon, or paywalled expertise.

    Why We Built Nestling

Nestling started the way many parent-built tools do: out of personal need. As a new parent, the amount of conflicting advice was overwhelming. "Follow wake windows!" "Don't follow wake windows!" "Sleep train at 4 months!" "Never sleep train!" Every app seemed to add more noise, not less.

So we built something different: a calm, simple tracker that uses your baby's logged sleep and feeding patterns to offer gentle, personalized guidance. No judgment. No prescriptive schedules. Just data and context to help you make confident decisions.

    How We Create Content

Every piece of content on Nestling follows the same research process.

    1. Research

We start with peer-reviewed studies, AAP guidelines, and established pediatric sleep research. We read the actual papers, not just the headlines.

    2. Synthesize

We distill complex research into clear, actionable guidance. Where experts disagree, we say so. Where evidence is limited, we acknowledge it.

    3. Disclaim

Every article includes clear disclaimers. We always recommend consulting your pediatrician for medical decisions. We are not doctors.
