Baby sleep tracker apps for iPhone: six apps compared

Every fact about the other five apps comes from its own App Store listing in the United States storefront, read on 23 September 2026: the in-app purchases and Apple Watch compatibility the App Store shows, the age-rating details, the rating shown, and what the developer's own description says. Where a listing does not say something, we say so instead of guessing. Prices and features change; the App Store listing is authoritative.

What all six have in common
All six are free to download, describe logging sleep alongside feeds and diapers, and offer some form of sleep timing guidance — a predicted nap or bedtime, or a routine built from wake windows. They differ in which features sit behind a subscription, whether the App Store lists ads, and how many languages they support.

How to choose
- Decide first whether you want predictions or just a log. Huckleberry's listing puts its SweetSpot sleep-time predictions in the Plus and Premium memberships; Baby Tracker's What's Next cues need a Baby Tracker Plus subscription after a 3-day preview; Nestling's advanced predictions are part of Nestling Pro.
- If you would rather not see ads: of these six, only Baby Tracker lists Advertising in its App Store age-rating details, and it sells a Remove Ads purchase.
- If English is not your first language, check the listing: Huckleberry and Nara Baby list English only, while Baby Daybook lists 40 languages and Nestling 44.
- Every app here lists an Apple Watch app. Check the minimum iOS and watchOS versions against your devices — Napper's Watch app requires watchOS 26.
